Tim was very quick to respond to my request, provided a competitive quote and was able to come round the day after we spoke on the phone. He performed a maintenance of our steam boiler and replaced a transformer for us. We're now back up and running with the heating for winter. I'll be using Tim and team for our regular maintenance going forward.

Tim was great. He responded right away and he came to do a maintenance service on our central air unit and compressor. He even offered to come back on a hotter day to make sure refrigerant levels are good.
