Once the details are confirmed, we'll provide a detailed proposal and work closely with you to make any necessary adjustments. On the day of the event, we handle all aspects of meal preparation, allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professionally trained chef and caterer with 42 years of experience in the culinary industry. I received my culinary education from Hudson County College Culinary School and Culinary Institute of America and have continuously expanded my skills through hands-on experience, workshops, and staying abreast of industry trends.
