- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
T. Whitaker Painting provides written estimates including details of the work to be performed with firm pricing based on information collected at the estimate appointment. We offer discounts for first responders and military members. In addition, we offer 0% financing for qualified customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the estimate appointment, T. Whitaker provides the information needed for customers to make an informed decision to hire a reputable, experienced and professional painting contractor. When we schedule a customer's job, we explain the painting and payment process. Then on the first day of the job, the Crew Lead will walk through the job with the customer to be sure we are all on the same page and have correct paint colors. T. Whitaker provides a hastle-free process and we are are always available to answer any customer questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tim Whitaker, co-owner, is a Master Painter and Drywall Taper and has been woking in the industry for 37+ years. Over the years, Tim has had training in multiple techniques, is a member of several painting associations and of course has gained valuable knowledge through experience. Our painters have many years of experience in drywall prep and painting. In addition to also learning from our Master Painter. We have regular team meetings where everyone shares experiences and learn from each other. This is what sets T. Whitaker apart from other contractors.
