JADA's Delights

In addition to being both a savory and pastry chef. I am a certified bartender and barista. I have many years of experience as a server and hostess. I have hosted, bartended, cooked and baked for many private and public events with a wide range of chefs, including a Food Network “Chopped” Champion, James Beard Award winner and Cake Boss himself. My belief is that it's not all about the food, it's about the way you can make someone feel better. I believe in providing the best customer service. It doesn't matter how good a meal looks or tastes, if the customer isn't treated with the utmost care and respect nothing else matters. I truly believe in this saying: "Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after having an experience with you becomes your trademark." It's not job, it's all around fun. They say do what you love and you will never have to work a day in your life...and I'm all about proving this theory right! I love to interact with people and if by providing a fork full of heaven to my customers I can make their lives a bit brighter, then I can leave them knowing something I created made them feel amazing and that in turn makes me feel complete.
