This was the best experience i have had so far. My heat stopped working at 1O pm I put my project on thumbtack at 1 am and immediately got a response from Kays. They set up an appointment for 12 noon. Juan arrived at 11:30 am he was extremely professional wore shoe covers before entering. He was very courteous , did a thorough check of the system, gave me details and had my system upand running

My air cond on first floor went out. First I called Russo Bros. Who charged $190 for diagnosis. Tech said $2,000 to test for a leak or alternative was replacement. Second company, AJ PERRI, said close to $4K to replace one capacitor and add coolant to both units. Or, $15 to $30K to replace one or both units. Service call was $60. I called Kays next. Their tech said coolant levels were fine. Replaced both capacitors for a total of $600. Service call fee was credited toward my bill. My house is cool again. There is only one company I will call going forward: Kays Affordable.
