This was the best experience i have had so far. My heat stopped working at 1O pm I put my project on thumbtack at 1 am and immediately got a response from Kays. They set up an appointment for 12 noon. Juan arrived at 11:30 am he was extremely professional wore shoe covers before entering. He was very courteous , did a thorough check of the system, gave me details and had my system upand running

I’m extremely happy with my choice to choose this company she was able to get me in right away for a tuneup to my furnace. Our technician was beyond polite. He showed up with booty covers for his shoes. He didn’t dirty our house. We have a much older furnace and other technicians have tried to push us to replace it. He was very honest with us that although it is a really old furnace and it’s something breaks it will be the end of the life of this item it’s still in good condition and he was able to do a maintenance on it. Super quick extremely happy with a service will definitely be back next year.
