ChuteMaster Cleaned an extra long dryer vent for the first time. First off the company was very responsive, quickly set up a date and time. They arrived when they said they would and called about 15min ahead to confirm. This particular dryer has about a 40' run, with most of it in a very tight crawl space, which is why they charged extra, which we discussed ahead of time. They didn't complain and just kept working until the whole project was complete. Overall they did a great job, so I plan to call them back for bi-annual maintenance.

From the time I made the appointment the company was very responsive and polite. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and even sent an email reminder as well. The tech was prompt and went through everything with me. Everything was neat and he was very professional. Would definately hire again.

Very responsive and came exactly on time. Technician wore a mask and did their job as expected. Nothing more one can ask for in my opinion! Price is within literally a dollar of competitors and they responded more quickly than anyone by far and took the initiative to confirm the appointment.
