FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be transparent, accurate, and reflective of the quality and care we put into every project. Estimates are itemized so you can clearly see labor, materials, and the scope of work involved. We don’t believe in hidden fees—any potential additional costs are discussed upfront or as soon as they become relevant. While we do not offer blanket discounts, we occasionally provide cost efficiencies when combining multiple services or when clients enroll in an annual maintenance plan. Our goal is to deliver high-quality workmanship with clear communication, fair pricing, and no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a brief phone conversation to understand your needs and ensure we’re aligned on the project requirements. If it’s a good fit, we schedule an on-site consultation to provide a comprehensive project evaluation. Once the evaluation is approved, we work together to finalize the project details, schedule the work, and manage the project from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, we maintain clear communication and complete all work with attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship. When the project is complete, we walk through the finished work with you to confirm everything meets your expectations. Any final adjustments or touch-ups are handled promptly, and we conclude with a clear overview of the completed work. We remain available for ongoing support and any future projects you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in the residential remodeling and home maintenance industry, having worked my way up from laborer to carpenter to lead carpenter. Throughout my career, I have attended workshops and continuing education courses to stay up to date on industry best practices, new materials, techniques, and safety standards. In addition, I dedicate time to self-learning, researching emerging trends, tools, and methods to ensure that every project is completed with the highest level of craftsmanship and professionalism.
