- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Free estimates are available for most projects. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments (cash, check, Zelle, ACH, and debit are fee-free). Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices unpaid after 48 hours are subject to a 10% late fee, and work will not continue until outstanding invoice milestones are paid. Larger projects may require a deposit. We also stand behind our work with a 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee on qualifying labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and hassle-free. We start by discussing your project, reviewing photos or scheduling an on-site visit if needed. Once we understand the scope, we'll provide a clear, upfront estimate. After approval, we'll schedule your service at a convenient time and keep you informed throughout the project. Our team arrives within our scheduled 2-hour arrival window, completes the work professionally, and performs a final walkthrough to ensure you're satisfied. Payment is due upon completion (or according to agreed invoice milestones for larger projects), and all qualifying labor is backed by our 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines hands-on field experience with years of residential and commercial construction, renovation, and property maintenance. We have experience in carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, tile installation, fixture installation, cabinetry, general repairs, and property improvements. We stay up to date on industry best practices, manufacturer installation guidelines, and proper building methods to ensure quality workmanship on every project.
