Ron helped us prepare to our house on the market, which meant a lot of small jobs that mad a 4-day job in all.
Lots of trim painting, some Sheetrock repair, some carpentry, some plumbing. Al little bit of everything.
Start to finish, Ron was punctual, kind and a good communicator. He takes care of all the steps and details that others my forget or skip. And he takes pride in this. I never had to wonder if things were being done right.
Beyond that, Ron was a peaceful presence in the house when it’s a crazy time, and even worked around our cleaners as he was finishing up.
I wish we had more work for Ron to do!

I recently purchased a charming colonial home that had been renovated but needed a few things to be fixed and updated. Ron responded to my request immediately, showed up when he said he would, and completed the urgent items on my list of home improvements within 24 hours. Ron was a true pleasure to work with! Ron installed trim and molding in our sunroom with a cathedral ceiling so the installation was a bit tricky. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently charge a flat hourly rate of $ 75 per hour with a 4 hour minimum for basic handyman services. Renovation or Addition we will do a contract based on the specific project. let’s discuss your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers typically contact us by call or text, email or on facebook @pyleconstructionllc. We arrange a complimentary consultation after which we provide you with a free estimate for your project. Beyond Property management /handyman services, we are a full service construction and remodeling company serving greater New Jersey and are able to work with you on most of your home repair needs. Payment is typically due on completion of your job (larger projects may require an upfront payment). In addition to cash, checks and money orders, we also offer contactless payment options including: Zelle. Most major credit cards are accepted. We look forward to working with you.
