Sam’s communication was proactive. He was running late so he messaged to let me know. He arrived with all the required tools. He is a specialist in home theater installation and he did a great job installing a projector screen for us.

I called Sam when I needed someone to troubleshoot my system. He listened to me describe my problem and then explained that he normally didn’t troubleshoot existing systems. I ask him if he would consider making an exception and he graciously agreed even tho it was a Friday Evening. He arrived at my home approximately 1 hour after our conversation and solved my issue within 1 hour of his arrival. In addition to being a very knowledgeable, professional individual he is also very courteous and personable.

Intuitive, passionate, and an acumen on audio I have yet to see. He has an uncanny ability to unleash the power of the system, all in harmony. I have high end equipment, not preopermy configured/calibrated. A few minutes of tests a s tweaks- it sounds a 100x better.
