FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price things fairly and accurately for both parties ive been doing this a very long time and I have mountains of skills and experience. I know that if I charge a little extra I can do high caliber work and in the end the client is much happier as a result. my pricing like everything else is based off the client experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically is starts with contact. I like to talk on the phone or in person that way we can exchange more than words (energy). after an assessment I can begin doing my product research if necessary and put together a proposal encompassing the project in it's entirety. I really do put the clients interests ahead of everything else (this is how it should be). I've spent countless hours doing research for many projects as I really try to find the best solution for everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read study and research various fields topics and subject matter. unfortunately there's not enough time to do everything I want to. I have held many DC electronic certifications in the past however all my certs and training will be eclipsed soon when I start school. Sept 2020 I start school to become an electrical engineer. it's going to take a lot of sweat and sacrifice to get this done while still providing the same superb client experience one should always expect from a wire ninja however it's going to be worth it. as an engineer I can have a much greater positive impact on humanity as a whole. I plan to build circuits and systems that will solve real world problems.
