- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on a number of factors including size of property, specific add-on cleaning jobs, extent of clean (deep vs standard), etc. I like to do a walk through with bigger properties and then give an estimate because hourly rates with bigger properties don't give a justifiable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a walk through first to see what services they want so I can note the important things they need done specific to them. then I am able to meet them face to face people feel better about opening their homes up to people they can put a face to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Great customer service skills, attention to detail and a hard worker.
