This is my first time using Thumbtack and I was lucky to find Nathalia! It was a tough ask: I needed a deep clean in less than 24 hours where there are pets! My mom is being discharged from the hospital and has respiratory issues. Nathalia rearranged her schedule and demonstrated responsiveness by accommodating me. I am extremely thankful as she dusted, organized my mom’s medications, ventilated, got rid of fruit flies, mopped and thoroughly cleaned for 5 hours!! She knew I was juggling elderly care and I didn’t feel judged when she came to the home. Thank you Nathalia, I will definitely see you again!
