Simon services were very professional. I needed plumbing services for a slow draining tub. Very quick response. I sent my inquiry at 4am they responded within the hour to say they could take on the job. They arrived on time and explained what they would be doing. My tub needed a new J-pipe so my tub could properly drain, so they got the part and replaced it to complete the job. They showed me that the tub was back to working condition and tips to keep it from clogging in the future, which I appreciated and they cleaned up and made sure my bathroom was back to how I left it. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Simon services, I called him for drainage issue on the sewage line. Simon came in with his crew late evening and was very knowledgeable about the issue, he seemed to know where the issue might be and removed the clog from both the drains. It’s only been a day, but they seemed to have done a thorough job with the snake auger and I mean removing the clog. Will always recommend their professionalism quality of work!
