- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive. However, we put in a lot of time to ensure that the quality is there and guests have a really fun time. We rarely offer discounts, except for our anniversary and Xmas holiday.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new customers is to have a phone or video conference to gather details about the event. We then send the client a proposal based on the discussion. If agreed, we then send over a contract and an invoice. The client is able to sign both contract and make a down payment to secure the date. Clients have the option of creating a payment plan or payment in full anytime up to 14 days prior to the event date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My son and I are both trained in digital content creation. My husband is the muscle and a wiz handling anything with a screw. The intangible and important piece that can’t be learned is our outgoing and humorous personalities and patience.
