Tom was very nice to work with. He communicated quickly and with enough details for me to get the project ready. He arrived at the agreed upon time and installed our new mailbox perfectly. Tom brought the post and concrete, while I supplied the box. Even when the installation hardware I bought wasn't correct, Tom wasn't phased and had a solution. It took about an hour to complete. I will certainly consider calling Tom for future projects.
