- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is priced individually based on cost of goods and time spent on the project. I am currently running a discount of 25% for services booked through the end of the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A walk through of the space and spending some time with the client is very important. I need to get to know each client's lifestyle and needs before customizing the vision for their space. Once this is done, I take the info back to my office and create a presentation of what their space could look like. If needed I can do revisions to this mock up to ensure satisfaction. From there I source any products and bring the client an estimate for approval. Then I work with the client to schedule delivery(ies). Lastly, I sit down with the client and plan an intimate gathering for the big reveal of their new space!
