Chef Ervin made our Thanksgiving in New York City feel like we were home for the holiday. We have a dairy allergy (not just an intolerance) in our family so finding a place to celebrate a traditional and intimate Thanksgiving meal together was impossible. Chef Ervin made an AMAZING dairy free feast for us and delivered it to our hotel suite. He also delivered breakfast that morning so we didn’t have to fight the crowds and lines because of the Macy’s Parade. He hustled on foot 17 blocks due to all the road closures to get our food to us so we could eat breakfast as a family before watching the parade. I highly recommend Chef Ervin!

Chef and his assistant did an amazing job for our celebration of summer party! We had 24 guests and he carefully curated a Mediterranean menu for us. Everyone was blown away! Our menu had several passed apps and we sat down for dinner and dessert. At the end of the night everything was cleaned in the kitchen allowing us to fully enjoy our guests all night! Thank you!
