FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While APC's pricing is competitive, we are not usually the lowest price option. It has always been a foundation principle that every event be treated individually as a unique function. Pricing is determined by the type of event, location logistics, staffing, and guest count. APC utilizes a proprietary formula to determine the number of vehicles so that the event has the proper service. Therefore, we will rarely quote a price without a discussion on the listed requirements needed to formulate a proposal.
