The company responded quickly. We communicated by text which for me is my choice. I cannot always answer phones, and I hate playing phone tag. We set a date, but the time was contingent upon the delivery of the dishwasher. When I received the delivery window we set an approximate time. DDV doublechecked to confirm and was right on time. They removed the old disherwasher, and installed the new one. They were careful, knowledgeable, and tidied up after the installation. I would definitely use them again.
