- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved cooking I knew since I was in 5th grade that I wanted to be a chef even after my loved ones tried to scare me out of the profession with the long hours and working on holidays. But, when you do what you love it's never work and hearing that you brought joy to an event is the main goal of mine.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs we have here at Michael's Event Catering, are usually BBQ, Weddings, and Small Parties.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The main advice I could give anyone on hiring out a caterer, is to be confident in the company. They are going to be bring the food to the party, making sure they brought enough food. Make sure you talk to the representative and get all your questions answered.
