- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Fresh Villa Cleaning, pricing is straightforward and transparent. Rates are based on the size of the home, the condition, and the type of cleaning (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out). We don’t add surprise fees, and customers always receive their final price up front before booking. We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings and first-time customers. Add-on services like inside the oven, fridge, windows, or baseboards can be included if requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few quick questions about your home, preferred date, and what type of cleaning you need. Once we confirm the details, we provide a guaranteed quote and get you scheduled. On the day of your clean, your cleaner arrives on time, fully prepared, and follows a detailed cleaning checklist. After the service, we check in to make sure everything met your expectations and make it easy to schedule ongoing visits if you choose.

Our cleaners are experienced professionals who have completed hands-on training focused on detailed cleaning methods, sanitation standards, and customer care. They’re also trained on our internal cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and high-quality results every time.
