My dryer went out reached out to the company Sultan came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Ordered the parts came back five days later the dryer is back working. Excellent service and knowledgeable

Service was provided promptly (same day) and the price point was very fair, but the dryer was only partially fixed after the technician left. It did run/was functional but some issues persisted (clothes getting caught while spinning) that I was told would be fixed. I was later told I might need new parts to fully fix the problem long-term, which was not mentioned at the visit.

We had them come out two different times to fix our washer, two parts later that cost around $700 plus labor costs, I felt like we should have just bought a new washer which we are doing now. It didn’t seem like the technicians knew what they were doing to be honest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen to the customer’s problem and ask a few questions about the appliance. Then we schedule a visit , diagnose the issue , explain the repair options , and provide a clear estimate. Once approved, we complete the repair and test the appliance to make sure ever works properly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on training and practical experience repairing household appliances including washers , dryers, refrigerators , dishwashers , ovens , and garbage disposals. I continue learning about new appliance models and repair techniques.
