We provide clear and fair pricing. The cost depends on the diagnosis and parts needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen to the customer’s problem and ask a few questions about the appliance. Then we schedule a visit , diagnose the issue , explain the repair options , and provide a clear estimate. Once approved, we complete the repair and test the appliance to make sure ever works properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on training and practical experience repairing household appliances including washers , dryers, refrigerators , dishwashers , ovens , and garbage disposals. I continue learning about new appliance models and repair techniques.
