What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial inspection is FREE. Mold sampling and testing is $190 per sample. I'm currently offering a 20% discount on mold testing services!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a customer, I like to find out background information as it relates to what water incidents may have occurred in the home. I think inspect the home and look for unusual conditions. I can then make the appropriate recommendations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the restoration industry since 2007. I'm a Certified Residential Mold Inspector.
