- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, upfront pricing based on the actual condition of the system and the work required. Customers receive honest recommendations, clear options, and approval before any work begins. Our goal is long-term value, not unnecessary charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by understanding the issue, inspecting the system carefully, and explaining what we find before recommending any work. Once the customer approves the solution, we complete the repair or service, test operation, and make sure the system is running properly before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed HVAC training through Lincoln Tech and hold EPA 608 Universal certification, which covers safe refrigerant handling and system service. My work also includes ongoing field experience with residential heating, cooling, diagnostics, and system replacement.
