My experience is solely based on communication via Thumbtack. I had reached out regarding a second floor room that had a sagging floor. The response back was instantaneous (on a Saturday night too). After sending photos of the potentially problematic area and description of the home, I got a quick response back of what was most likely going on. Although there is nothing that needs to be done, I am keeping their contact for any future structural needs I may need.

I’m glad Mr. Zalt took care of my house problem. He is professional, hard working. Spent a very short time to put a plan & communicate with the Archtect. He really nailed the problem. He considered budget and most reasonable ways of taking care of our house. He timely arrived. Many times in the weekend came to inspect the house.
