- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Perfection Electric is free estimate. Service work is based upon our hourly rate, materials, tax on purchased materials, profit on cost of materials etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making contact and go over the work that needs to be done. Set up a date / time, to physically take a good look at the work, take pictures of the areas where the work is being done, make an extensive materials list and figure the labor. Get an email address to send a proposal/ contract. In the case that we are hired to do the work, we will set up a day and time to come over and do the work. We will also confirm a day or 2 before the appointed day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the field for over 40 years. Our workers have a lot of experience and knowledge. 5 of our workers been with Perfection for over 10 years.
