- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and depends on the type of work. For small jobs, I charge an hourly rate, and for bigger projects, I can offer a flat price. I'm always willing to work within a reasonable budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer's needs, then offer suggestions and a clear estimate. Once we agree, I schedule the work. I keep good communication throughout and always leave the area clean when finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in construction and home repairs. I've worked on both major remodels and small handyman jobs. I believe in doing things right the first time.
