Adam helped me get my Sonos back in synch and took the time to explain all my options in expanding my system. He was very quick and thorough in diagnosing the problem and got it resolved very fast. On the day of installation he was on time and did a fantastic job with routing the cables inside the wall and setting up our 5.1 surround system.
