Chris was excellent. It was late Friday; we were desperate to get a wall power outlet replaced and then the washer/dryer installed. He was methodical, patient and took his time to do everything right. I was blown away at his strife for excellence and patience. He got it all done (despite some unexpected challenges) and charged a fair price. Would definitely work with him again or recommend anyone.

I’d initially hired Cris to install dryer and wash machines, and to make the dryer work, change / upgrade some electric stuff. He was very nice in advise me that, once I have a gas connection ready to use, I would spend less money in the installation process and on monthly bases if I buy a gas dryer, and eventually sell the electric dryer, even when the electric upgrade would give him a better outcome to the service. He is very organized and cautious, left the place clean and everything properly working. I’ll hire him again soon to other electric stuff and definitely recommend him. Thanks Cris!

We needed a professional to tuck and seam our family room carpeting where it met our new kitchen hardwood floor as well as find and trim an emergency gas shut off in our carpeting that Empire's installers covered a while back (a safety violation). Chris gave a reasonable quote and within four hours, came to our (busy) house, did his job while cleaning ladies were hopping over him and his work area. He was very professional and personable and even had coffee with everyone at the end of the job. I WILL hire Chris again for upcoming bedroom carpeting and basement faux hardwood vinyl flooring. Thanks Chris!!

Chris came to our home to install a large chandelier in our dining room and additional light fixtures in bathrooms. He was terrific. On time. Great communicator. Clearly takes great pride in his work so it is done right. Very patient with his time, certainly staying longer than he planned, just to ensure job done right. Will absolutely use him again, both for electrical work, and also likely to install a runner on our stairs given his carpeting background.

We hired Chris to install a wooden clothes rod in our master bedroom closet. Chris was a good communicator throughout the entire process, updating us on his arrival time and with specifics related to the job. He was polite, friendly, and unobtrusive. There was a slight issue after the initial installation, and he came back the next day and fixed the issue right up with no complaints. I would use Chris again for any other handyman projects that come up.
