- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event is priced individually. Set pricing is available for rental arrangements and accessories.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with the simplest of questions: "what are your favorite flowers?" Depending on season, a favorite flower may not be available. It's my responsibility to find a substitute. After there is a visual understanding the next step is to detail the process from: contract details, setup to breakdown.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
