- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time customers receive a 10% discount on all jobs. Repeat customers will receive a 20% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out a little more detail about the project so I can more accurately give an estimate. Customers are free to call if they have questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Handyman by the Association of Certified Handyman Professionals through their ACHP Evaluation Exam
