FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While many of our jobs have fixed pricing such as pool openings, closings, and maintenance jobs, some jobs are time and materials based. Replacement liners for example, may have hidden damages behind them. You need to be notified right away if the damages are out of scope for the work contracted. Equipment repairs are generally Time and Materials (T&M) based. There is always a one hour minimum per incident. If subsequent visits are needed for an incident, the billing is in half hour increments. The labor rate is currently $95/hour for the tech and $45/hour for the helper if the helper can be justified by reducing the time needed for a job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year, our owner attend various technical training seminars at regional trade show held annually in Atlantic City as well as a number of training seminars from the major manufacturers such as Pentair, Jandy, Hayward, Ray Pak/Rheem, and Loop Loc. Chances are better than 95% that your pool equipment is one of these brands. We know what the latest flavors of each are and will have the tools and skills to properly and safely work on them.
