- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $550 for the 1st hour of music and $200 for each additional hour. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date and the balance is due immediately after the performance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a phone call to briefly get to know each other, find out exactly what is needed and what vibe you're looking for so we can determine how to best bring our music to your event. Next, we will send you our song list so you can make make notes regarding priority songs (your favorite songs you definitely want us to play - up to 20 songs) as well as a DO NOT PLAY list (up to 20 songs).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our guitarist/singer, Eric is a graduate of Berklee College of Music!
