- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $150 per social media platform I work with. If it’s Instagram and Facebook, I do a 2 for 1 deal. If you want more platforms (insta, FB, tiktok) I charge $250 total monthly ($125 per platform) once you reach 4 platforms, I shave off the price to $100 per platform Monthly!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask a lot of questions about what they do and the vibe of what project they would like done. I like to do either a video call or a phone call and have them introduce themselves and describe what they would like. I like to take about 30min-1hr getting to know them because to me, I am a visual learner and a verbal learner and in order to give the client what they want, I like to know them so I can build a quality clientele connection. Then I produce that work the day of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an independent studies major concentrating in both fashion and social media marketing. Within both discipline studies, it is important and required to learn graphic design in order to do well and sell yourself.
