- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
How Recurring Client Discount Works: Clients, after first session, will qualify for the Recurring Client Discount. $1/min. No Sign Up! Ex: 60min Base Massage/Stretch ($100 First-time Client w/o Add-ons or Advanced Modalities) = $60 Client must come in within 90 days (3 months) of last session to qualify for Recurring Client Discount, otherwise intake forms must be retaken, and client will be charged as a new client, however, it is within the practitioner’s exception to honor clients that are past their 90-day qualifying period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client is required to fill out an Intake Form and a have brief consultation giving direct verbal consent of session plan so that the client's goals are met.
