I tried to hire someone for this job several times. The 1st person canceled on me twice. The 2nd person cracked the tv on the install. Mario Ulloa is clearly a seasoned professional. He came on time, unpacked the new replacement tv, and installed a larger bracket. Mario was respectful and very kind. I'm a caregiver for my ex-husband who Mario talked with and encouraged.
