- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very flexible and competitive with our pricing and payment options. In all honesty, I will not be your "lowest quote" but I will provide the best service and craftsmanship. Remember, you get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with you to see what the scope of the project is and to see if we are a good fit for your needs. If a project doesn't fit what we do, I won't try to "fake it". That never works out and just leaves everyone involved frustrated. I rely heavily on the recommendations of satisfied customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a broad background in the trades and have even been a consultant for HGTV. I taught Home Maintenance in a local high school and have been a Certified Home Inspector as well.
