Philippa was great - she gave us a succinct but thorough training in infant and child CPR, and was super flexible about time and location. She even came to us, which was a great help given we have a newborn. Would definitely recommend her!

Philippa was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and was very patient as we learned the proper steps in giving CPR. She is also very flexible with her schedule/times that work for you, including weekends. We would highly recommend her if you are in need of this type of training.

Excellent class! My family hired Philippa to do an infant/child CPR class in our home. She was flexible, prompt, professional, and knew her stuff. We all enjoyed the class and learned a lot. Highly recommended!

Philippa delivered two classes for members of a local support group for mothers that I belong to, tailored to our specific needs as parents of young children. The first class covered infant and child CPR as well as how to respond to a choking emergency, while the second class covered first aid for children, including many common first aid situations such as bleeding, broken bones, breathing emergencies etc. Philippa was punctual, prepared, and thorough, mixing a lecture/informational format with hands-on practice and guidance to keep the class interesting and engaging. We practiced various techniques both on partners and on infant and toddler dummies that Philippa provided and we also received handouts to take home. She was patient and and answered all questions we had and also asked for feedback from us as a group. This is a frightening topic to consider as a parent but I was very happy with the experience and left feeling much more confident that I could act in an emergency, especially in those critical first moments before an EMS or ambulance can arrive. While these particular classes were geared towards parents of young children, I am certain that Philippa could tailor her courses to any individual or group's specific needs and I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone. This really is something everyone should learn about and Philippa did an excellent job as our instructor!

Phillippa was excellent when she came to my home to CPR certify me. During the 2 hour course she was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Philippa was patient with me, explained everything very thoroughly and clearly and ensured that I knew exactly what was required. I would not hesitate to use her again when I need to do a recertification.

    I regularly check in with the national American Heart Association Instructor Network for updates and developments. I also receive updates from the training center that processes my paperwork.
