- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing has a starting base but is personalized per client depending on event needs, # of people and staffing needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients get a free consultation to give us a better idea of the event, the client and their needs. Next, a budget and mood board is drawn up and discussed either via a video call or in person meeting. Throughout the process of planning we will follow up once a week with any changes, updates, additions or changes that needs to be addressed. Lastly, we will follow through in finalizing payments with vendors and venues, as well as finalizing guest's RSVP's.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college education as well as I am a bartender and certified event planner which has a license and liability insurance.
