The Technician gave me a 3 hour window for arrival. She contacted me and was at my home within an hour of the 3 hour window. She had a great since of urgency and was very knowledgeable, along with extreme customer service! Every question we asked her, she answered. She not only unpacked the merchandise of what she was installing; she also removed the empty boxes from my home. Knowledgeable, Professional, offered recommendations and Passionate about her Craft!
