- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our master will see and examine the work at the workplace and informed the home owner about the work to be done and give the customer price. Except for some cases, see the work to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our working hours are flexible and according to the availability of the home owner and the urgency of the work to be done, we will start working as soon as possible after we are contacted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although we have 20 years of experience in the work we do. I went to a technical school in high school. This process has been going on for only 7 years as a plumber, and at other times for all the works inside the house from A to Z for 13 years as the kitchen, bathroom, restoration in the house. We are a company that specializes in many jobs in the home.
