Called about the air balance issue of my central air system where the room closest to the unit was significantly "cold-er" than others. Thought it was going to be a thousands-of-dollar of duct work but Alex came here and solved the issue by tuning the damper (10 min work). Alex also provided several improvement suggestions while working on it. great work, and Thanks!

Exceptional service!! Don't hesitate to contact the Rightime Heating Cooling & Plumbing team! We had the most amazing experience working with Ahmad! He was extremely prompt, professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He took the extra time to explain the issues with our HVAC unit and all the options available for resolution. Ahmad made the installation process seamless and instantly put us at ease. When we had a few follow up questions and concerns a few weeks later, he stopped by immediately to do an inspection to ensure that everything was working properly. In addition, Ahmad helped me install the Nest app on my phone. He really went above and beyond to help us, and we will never forget that. Thank you so much, Ahmad! Had an issue with the heat and received an immediate response, which was amazing. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Alex was fantastic—he took the time to thoroughly explain the issues and provided several repair options. I really appreciated his flexibility with pricing, making it affordable for my family. He came back the next day with the replacement parts, fixed the heat, and even stayed to run tests to make sure everything was working properly throughout the house. Excellent service!

Had a good experience with this team. Called because my AC wasn't cooling the house and the pipes were freezing up. First, they came same day. "Alex" explained what the issue was and they fixed it within an hour. My AC is cooling the house now. Cost a sum but the best we can hope for at these times is that nothing breaks.
