We charge $75 for quote/estimate. However this fee will go towards your approved project with us or refunded back.

I hired Perfect Done Construction to build my addition a couple of years ago but am I writing my review now since it was kindly requested. We had a major flood in my part of town a couple years back where most of the houses around me got their basement flooded but I didn't thanks to Perfect Done Construction's skillfulness in building. Sal, who is the contractor, was always helpful throughout the project updating me all the time throughout the process. I remember the time when he was that when building my house he had told me that he was inserting drains all around the basement to prevent flooding, without me even asking for it! Also whenever I call Sal now, even years later, he always answers and offers his advice, expertise, and help. Building with Perfect Done Construction is insuring your home for life!!

We greatly enjoyed our experience using Perfect Done Construction for an addition for our 1930's-1940's home. They did a fabulous job! The addition seamlessly blends in with the original build! We worked with Sal and he truly went above and beyond. Sal fully understood our vision and never made us feel silly for asking questions or for any of our ideas.Sal demonstrated 100% attention to detail and always made sure that we were updated and able to make decisions to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Some decisions were difficult, but having Sals 2nd opinion expertise provided comfort that we made the right call after call. The process flew by and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! We accept cash, check, zelle payments. All quote and estimates are based on a fair and reasonable price to get the job done correctly and efficiently. There is no hidden fees!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its really simple and easy. Just give us a call and we come out to the place of the job and take the proper measurements. Once we take the measurements and discuss with you what you want to get done, we send you a detailed written quote of the job for you to review and sign. After that, we start turning your dream into a reality!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of experience in this business. Our team have experienced everything from a small bathroom renovation to building a custom home from the ground up. We are licensed, insured and certified!
