Hired on Thumbtack

Serkan was highly responsive, reliable, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. While assessing my old security system, he noticed that the information I had provided wasn't quite correct. Instead of getting frustrated, he was patient, talked me through it, and suggested a much better plan.

He is pleasant to work with and his craftsmanship is top-tier. He used proper, high-quality outdoor cabling for the security cameras and ran all the wiring incredibly neatly. Now, my system works seamlessly. Highly recommend!

I recently Serkan come to our office to install an outdoor camera, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment he arrived, he demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Despite encountering some challenges while wiring the doorbell, he remained patient and worked diligently to resolve the issues without any fuss.

His knowledge of the equipment and installation process was impressive, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Additionally, I appreciated his friendly demeanor, which made the whole experience much more pleasant.

Even though his commute was quite far, he arrived on time and ready to work, showcasing a strong commitment to his job. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any future projects. Highly recommend!
