FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in upfront, transparent pricing—there are no hourly rates or surprises. You’ll know the cost before any work begins so you can make an informed decision. Our pricing reflects the quality of work, materials, and attention to safety that goes into every job. We focus on long-term solutions rather than quick fixes, so you can feel confident the work is done right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your project over the phone to understand what you need help with and answer any initial questions. From there, we schedule an in-person estimate at a time that works for you. During the visit, we evaluate the situation, explain your options, and provide clear, upfront pricing so you can make the best decision for your home. For larger projects that require permits, we handle the entire process, including applications and approvals, so you don’t have to worry about the details. Once everything is approved, we schedule the work at your convenience and complete the job safely, professionally, and with attention to quality. Our goal is to make sure you’re 100% satisfied from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electricians are professionally trained and have over 25 years of combined experience in residential electrical work. All team members are background-checked and drug tested, and we stay up to date with current electrical codes and best practices to ensure safe, reliable work.
