I have had problems with 3 electric outlets since I bought my house. The outlet boxes were loose and it was difficult trying to fix them - the holes in the wall were two big for the boxes and hung loosely. The 2 technicians listened to me, examined each outlet and came up with different solutions for each one. They spent a few hours fixing the three outlets. They were courteous and professional- I would hire them again.
