I had a great experience with Elit3 Garage Floors. They installed a polyaspartic flake system in my garage, and the floor looks clean, modern, and professionally finished. The team was knowledgeable, explained the process clearly, and paid attention to the preparation work, including grinding, cleaning, and making sure the surface was ready before applying the coating.
The final result came out excellent, and it completely changed the look of my garage. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Elit3 Garage Floors to anyone looking to upgrade their garage floor.

What a transformation, looks amazing!!! I was admittedly a difficult customer (naive about pricing, initially provided an insufficient description of the garage, indecisive about flake choice, and even had a tech glitch during payment—sorry!), and Andy was incredibly accommodating throughout. The only heads-up is that there were some inevitable fumes afterward that made their way into our house (wouldn’t have minded if I weren’t pregnant). Overall, we’re thrilled with the floor and very appreciative!!

Andy and his crew from Elite3 Garage Floor did an excellent job on my new garage floor. Communicating with Andy via text was extremely convenient, and his response time was phenomenal.
The floor looks fantastic, and with a 15-year warranty, I have complete peace of mind. Andy and his crew were professional, punctual, and completed the job in just a couple of hours.
I highly recommend Elite3 Garage Floor to anyone looking to have their garage done professionally.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate per square foot as long as self leveling concrete isn’t involved. If a floor needs self leveling then that’ll be an additional charge.

My dad started back in 1999 and I learned in 2004.
