Sankar Construction is a company that takes pride in their work, and want the best for their customer. After getting estimates from 6 other companies, and being close to giving up on redoing my kitchen, Sam from Sankar Construction was the last one to come out and give me an estimate. From our first meeting I knew I was going to hire Sam for the job. His straightforwardness is what spoke to me, and that there were no excuses - Sam and his crew always had solutions to any issue that came up. Julio was an absolute superstar when it came to day to day work and keeping me up to date on what was going on and what to expect next. I work a busy schedule and I wasn’t home a lot while the work was being done but I was always kept up to speed. Unless you’re hiring a designer, trust Sam and his people to guide you through the process. The crew was always on time, and each day they left the work area as clean as possible. Work moved at a lightning speed, and even when I changed my mind about something the crew was flexible and accomodating. Since day one I’ve been impressed with their quality of work. Sam and his crew are knowledgeable, patient, provide high quality of work and are simply the best. I will be recommending Sankar Construction to family, friends and strangers alike, and I will be using them for all future home projects. I just can’t say enough good things about Sam and his company, and I couldn’t be happier with how my kitchen and half bath turned out.

We couldn't be any happier about our experience with Sankar construction. From our initial consultation until the completion of the project, Sam and his team were curtious, professional, and honest. We live in an older home, and the 3.5 bathrooms were long overdue for updating. Sam provided us with up front pricing and also gave incredibly valuable input on potential layout changes to optimize our limited space. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. The quality of work and attention to detail are unprecedented. This team treats your home as if it is their own and will not cut any corners. I'm happy to say that we have found our contractor for life.
