I wish I could give Troy 10 stars. As a first time home buyer, buying a newly renovated home he put me at ease. Pointed out everything, made recommendations and even made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Our homeinspection was completed on 12/30/25, and the written report was returned promptly on 12/31/25. Troy was extremely thorough—he literally inspected every crevice of the home from top to bottom. Throughout the process, he clearly explained each potential issue, discussed possible causes, and included recommended solutions in the written report.
Troy arrived before the scheduled appointment time and immediately began inspecting the exterior of the property. He spent more than adequate time on the inspection and never felt rushed. He was professional, pleasant, and exceptionally knowledgeable, which made the entire experience reassuring.

I usually talk over any issues that they are concerned about with the home, review sellers disclosure and discuss the whole process with them including timing, procedures and how exactly I will be going through the inspection
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had a degree in electrical engineering, I am certified and passed the National Home Inspectors Exam in NJ, I am INTERNACHI certified which is the national organization of home inspectors
