- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for multiple services and usually will match any other competitor pricing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk over any issues that they are concerned about with the home, review sellers disclosure and discuss the whole process with them including timing, procedures and how exactly I will be going through the inspection
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had a degree in electrical engineering, I am certified and passed the National Home Inspectors Exam in NJ, I am INTERNACHI certified which is the national organization of home inspectors
